About the Department

The Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences serves as the fundamental base for qualifying knowledge cadres in teaching methodologies, the foundations of education, and psychology. The department aims to prepare researchers and teachers well-versed in developmental psychology, measurement and evaluation, learning theories, and classroom management. We aim to empower our students with tools for scientific thinking and strategic educational planning, allowing them to be leaders of development in the educational process and capable of designing curricula that meet the aspirations of Iraqi society.
