Empowering teachers to develop their teaching methods in line with the characteristics of learners in the early grades. Supporting teachers in utilizing technology and modern tools in teaching. Enhancing classroom management skills and organizing a classroom environment supportive of learning. Instilling educational values and ethical practices in teachers' professional performance.
