The Dean of the Open Educational College and Chairman of the Central Examination Committee, Asst. Prof. Dr. Anees Mohammed Jassim Al-Mashhadani, announced the conclusion of the final exams for the second semester of the academic year 2022/2023. The exams were completed with great success, high discipline, and distinguished academic integrity.
He emphasized that, for the first time in the college's history, these exams were closely monitored and supervised by His Excellency the Minister of Education, Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Namis Al-Jabbouri. His Excellency followed the progress of the examinations daily across all college centers and personally visited the College Deanship and the Al-Rusafa Study Center to inspect the students' conditions and the examination process. He stressed the importance of adhering to all university regulations and maintaining exceptional academic performance to achieve the desired goals.
Furthermore, Dr. Al-Mashhadani expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Directors General of Education in the governorates for their continuous support and for meeting the requirements for the success of these exams. He also praised the significant role played by the members of the Central Examination Committee at the Deanship for their field follow-ups at the study centers.
The Dean extended his gratitude to the members of the sub-committees in all governorates and branches, as well as to all faculty members, for their outstanding efforts in ensuring the success of the final exams according to the plans and regulations issued by the Deanship. He concluded by wishing all students success and prosperity, noting that 9,500 students participated in the second-semester exams across Baghdad and all governorates, which commenced on the third of this month.
