The Cabinet has decided to officially confirm Dr. Ihsan Hadi Ahmed as the Dean of the Open Educational College, following his previous tenure as Acting Dean, in accordance with the provisions of Civil Service Law No. 24 of 1960.
Faculty members, staff, and students extended their warmest congratulations to the Dean on the issuance of the ministerial decree for his official confirmation, wishing him continued success.
It is worth noting that Dr. Ihsan Hadi Ahmed assumed the duties of the college deanship in October 2023. Since then, he has contributed significantly to the college, elevating the educational process and serving the institution with utmost professionalism and competence.
