In a strategic step reflecting the trend toward modernization and the elevation of university services, and under the sponsorship and direct guidance of the Dean of the Open Educational College, Assistant Professor Dr. Ihsan Hadi Ahmed, in the presence of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Firas Tahir Hussain, the college announced the launch of the "Tasheel" service for delivering official documents to students who wish to use it. This qualitative initiative, in cooperation with the Ministry of Communications / General Company for Post and Savings, aims to simplify procedures and enhance the student experience.
This service came as a response to students' needs for flexible and fast solutions, as it enables them to receive their official documents without the trouble of coming to the college headquarters, providing delivery services to all cities and governorates in Iraq, thereby saving time and effort and keeping pace with modern requirements and digital transformation.
The launch event was attended by representatives of the "Tasheel" service, Engineer Haider Adnan Sadiq and Engineer Ghazwan Sabah Hashem, who provided a full explanation of the service's operational mechanism and its future development plans to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and accuracy in delivering documents to students wherever they are.
The project was implemented with high coordination with the Registration Department under the management of Mr. Mustafa Kamil Majeed, and in cooperation with the Website Unit under the supervision of its head, Assistant Instructor Mohammed Hasan Hadi, ensuring technical and administrative integration that contributes to the success and sustainability of the service.
The College Deanship emphasized that this initiative represents the beginning of a series of upcoming development projects aimed at enhancing the quality of institutional performance and providing an integrated educational and service environment, in line with students' aspirations and elevating the level of educational service in Iraq.
