The Open Education College signed a cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Communications/General Company for Post and Savings to deliver students' graduation documents to their homes as part of the "Tasheel" service provided by the Iraqi Post. Representing the college were Dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Ihsan Hadi Ahmed, Dr. Firas Naeem, Head of the Legal Department, and Assistant Lecturer Mohammed Hassan Hadi, Head of the Website Unit.
Representing the General Company for Post and Savings were Dr. Ali Shayea Al-Shammari, Marketing Director, Dr. Baidaa Taha Al-Hamdani, Project Manager for Tasheel Document Delivery, and Dr. Haider Al-Khayyat, the project's Executive Director. The agreement aims to facilitate document delivery procedures and enhance digital transformation and electronic services at the college, aligning with the Ministry of Education's directives to simplify services for our students.
