In accordance with the directives of His Excellency the Minister of Education, Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Namis Al-Jabbouri, emphasizing the necessity of allocating independent buildings for the Open Educational College branches across all governorates due to the institution's significance within the Ministry, and through fruitful cooperation with the Director General of Nineveh Education, Mr. Khalid Jumaa Al-Shahine, a new three-story building has been officially handed over to the Nineveh Study Center.
The Director General of Nineveh Education affirmed the directorate's commitment to providing a fitting and appropriate environment for the college, praising the Deanship's efforts and its continuous communication over the recent period.
In turn, the Dean of the Open Educational College, Asst. Prof. Dr. Anees Al-Mashhadani, expressed his gratitude to the Director General for his cooperation and his dedication to the success of the college's academic mission. This mission focuses on elevating educational staff to a scientific level that helps supply schools with specialized expertise, ultimately raising the academic standards of students in Iraq generally, and Nineveh specifically.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Anees Mohammed Jassim Al-Mashhadani added that the Deanship has adopted a systematic approach to secure independent buildings for all its centers to foster a university atmosphere worthy of the college, its staff, and its students. He noted that this objective is being achieved through concerted efforts, led by the Minister's directives and the cooperation of Directors General of Education across various governorates.
