Assistant Professor Dr. Ihsan Hadi Ahmed, Dean of the College of Open Education, received Dr. Qaisar Saadi Al-Aqili, a lecturer from the Nineveh Study Center, in the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Amer Lotfi Abdul Karim, Associate Dean for Study Center Affairs.
During the meeting, Dr. Al-Aqili presented the college with a copy of his book, "Governance in the Arab Islamic State during the Rashidun and Umayyad Eras," a gesture that strengthens academic communication between the study centers and the college, and enriches its library with valuable scholarly works.
The Dean commended the role of the Nineveh Study Center in supporting the educational process, emphasizing the importance of such initiatives in broadening the horizons of scientific research and enhancing knowledge resources for students and researchers.
