The Open Educational College Organizes the First Iraqi Inventors Forum in Najaf Al-Ashraf
In implementation of the directives of the Dean of the Open Educational College, Asst. Prof. Dr. Anees Al-Mashhadani, regarding communication and cultural and scientific openness toward educational and religious institutions as well as civil society organizations, Dr. Hussam Al-Kufi, a faculty member at the Najaf Al-Ashraf Center, organized the First Iraqi Inventors Forum in Najaf. The forum was sponsored by religious institutions and civil society organizations.
Dr. Hussam Al-Kufi stated: "In light of the support and encouragement provided by Dr. Anees Al-Mashhadani, Dean of the Open Educational College, to all center staff to highlight their scientific and creative potential, we have worked earnestly to establish a unique platform dedicated to Iraqi inventors. Our goal is to showcase their patents, which can benefit society amidst current economic and environmental challenges."
Al-Kufi added that the forum welcomed more than 200 inventors from across all Iraqi governorates. They were hosted in Najaf and honored to draw the attention of relevant authorities and private institutions to the importance of these inventions and the potential for their practical application.
It is noteworthy that the forum is an initiative of the Independent Media Team, headed by Dr. Hussam Al-Kufi, and was held under the sponsorship of the Great Mosque of Kufa and the Al-Anwar Al-Najafia Foundation.
