The Dean of the Open Educational College, Dr. Ihsan Hadi Ahmed, held a meeting at the college deanship with the directors of the study centers and branches, in the presence of the Assistant Deans. At the beginning of the meeting, the Dean welcomed the attendees, and subsequently, discussed issues related to examinations and several technical and administrative matters, including:
Ensuring the completion of all academic, technical, and logistical preparations for the examination process and providing all necessary requirements.
Emphasizing adherence to the examination instructions and regulations issued by the Central Examination Committee at the Deanship.
Forming committees from the heads of academic departments at the Deanship to monitor the first-semester final exams and supervise the examination process across all centers.
Distributing examination booklets to the study centers.
The meeting also hosted the directors of the Registration, Finance, and Auditing departments to discuss matters concerning student records, accounts, and electronic payment systems.
In conclusion, the Dean expressed his gratitude to the directors of the study centers for their dedicated efforts in serving the Open Educational College, urging them to exert further efforts to develop their centers and provide the best possible services to the students.
