The Continuing Education Center at the Open Educational College held its first training course on how to register and create accounts on Google Scholar. This initiative aims to enhance the research skills of faculty members and students, keeping pace with global academic developments.

The Continuing Education Center at the Open Educational College held its first training course on "Registration in Google Scholar," under the sponsorship of the Dean, Dr. Ihsan Hadi Ahmed, and the direct supervision of Professor Dr. Sadeel Adel Fattah, Director of the Continuing Education Center.

The course was presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Ali Mohsen on April 23, 2024. This initiative is the first of its kind and is considered a qualitative leap in the college's history.

The course focused on the Google Scholar platform, covering how to register, the necessary requirements, and the steps for setting up a researcher profile. It also detailed how to add research papers to the site and how to create and manage an electronic library within the platform.

The Objective: The course aimed to introduce professors and faculty members in educational institutions to the significance of participating in Google Scholar and how to effectively utilize research and articles published by specialized experts.
