Under the patronage and presence of the Dean of the Open Educational College, Assistant Professor Dr. Ihsan Hadi Ahmed Al-Falahi, with the active participation of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Firas Tahir Hussain, under the direct supervision of the Director of Al-Karkh Study Center, Assistant Professor Dr. Anis Jassim Mohammed Al-Mashhadani, and in the presence of his assistants, Assistant Professor Dr. Qais Kamil Mirza and Assistant Professor Dr. Najlaa Suwaid Ibrahim, Al-Karkh Study Center held its annual comprehensive scientific festival under the slogan "Scientific Minds Forum," in a distinguished academic scene that reflected the spirit of creativity and scientific innovation.
The festival witnessed remarkable academic and educational attendance, alongside a group of faculty members and students. The event served as a solid scientific platform to showcase students' products and innovations across various disciplines, enhancing the link between theoretical aspects and practical application.
The festival activities began with a fragrant recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by the playing of the Iraqi national anthem and the reading of Al-Fatiha in mercy for the souls of Iraq's martyrs. This was followed by official speeches that emphasized the importance of these activities in developing scientific capabilities and honing the skills of future educational staff.
The festival’s segments varied between artistic and educational activities, including presentations in English, a scientific play titled "Meeting of Geniuses Across Time," as well as distinguished poetry participations and an interactive segment "Think and Answer," which added an atmosphere of enthusiasm and interaction among the attendees.

The festival concluded with the honoring of the Dean of the College, his Scientific Assistant, the Assistants, the Center's administration, and the creative students, in appreciation of their distinguished efforts in the success of this event, confirming that Al-Karkh Study Center will remain a platform for scientific excellence and an incubator for academic creativity.
