Assistant Professor Dr. Ihsan Hadi Ahmed, Dean of the College of Open Education, conducted an inspection tour of all departments within the Deanship, accompanied by Assistant Dean for Centers Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Amer Lotfi Abdul Karim, and Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Firas Taher Hussein.
During the tour, he reviewed the administrative and organizational workflow and monitored the processing of visitors' transactions, emphasizing the need to facilitate services in accordance with established regulations, ensuring accuracy and speed in performance.
The Dean and his deputies also met with department staff, commending their commitment and cooperation, and stressing the importance of teamwork and maintaining an effective administrative environment that supports the academic process.
This tour is part of the regular monitoring process aimed at enhancing institutional performance and raising the level of service across all departments of the college.
