The Al-Rusafa Study Center held a graduation ceremony for a new class of students, attended by the Dean of the Open Education College, Assistant Professor Dr. Ihsan Hadi Ahmed, who was welcomed by the Center's Director, Assistant Professor Dr. Jalal Jassim Mohammed.
