Assistant Professor Dr. Ihsan Hadi Ahmed, Dean of the Open Educational College, emphasized during his visit to the Baghdad International Book Fair the importance of the exhibition as a scientific and cultural platform that enhances the academic and cognitive development of students and knowledge seekers.
For his part, the Director of the Karkh Study Center, Professor Dr. Anis Mohammed Jassim al-Mashhadani, pointed out the role of scientific visits in linking the theoretical side with practical application, explaining that reviewing modern publications contributes to expanding the cultural horizons of students.
A number of the center's professors participated in the visit, including Dr. Qais Kamil Mirza and Dr. Najla al-Shammari, where they reviewed the latest publications from publishing houses in various specialties, in addition to the Ministry of Education's scientific and cultural works.
This visit aims to enhance general culture and develop the academic and intellectual level of students through direct communication with the diverse scientific and cultural sources presented annually by the fair.
