In an atmosphere filled with pride and dignity, Al-Rusafa Study Center at the Open Educational College witnessed the graduation ceremony of a new group of its dear students. The event was attended by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Ihsan Hadi Ahmed, accompanied by the Director of the Center, Assistant Professor Dr. Jalal Jassim Al-Rikabi, and with the participation of faculty and administrative staff from all academic departments.
