On behalf of the Dean of the Open Educational College, Assistant Professor Dr. Ihsan Hadi Ahmed, Dr. Firas Taher Al-Abdali, Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, attended the announcement of the 11th poll results for the best governmental and non-governmental institutions as perceived by the Iraqi public for the year 2025.
The event, organized by the University of Baghdad / College of Media in cooperation with the Open Educational College / Babel Study Center and supported by the Ministry of Oil, came as part of efforts to strengthen institutional partnerships and support media studies that contribute to measuring public opinion and developing institutional performance in Iraq.
The event witnessed a distinguished official and academic presence, represented by Mr. Thair Al-Ghanimi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Iraqi Media Network, and several members of the Iraqi Parliament, including MP Sarwa Abdul Wahid and MP Firas Al-Maslawi, as well as Professor Dr. Ammar Taher, Dean of the College of Arts at the University of Baghdad, alongside a group of prominent academics and media professionals.
The participation of the Open Educational College in this event confirms its active role in supporting scientific and media activities, and enhancing cooperation with national universities and institutions to serve the progress of higher education and scientific research.
