The College Council was held at the Deanship of the Open Educational College, chaired by the Dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Ihsan Hadi Ahmed, and in the presence of Professor Dr. Alaa Abu al-Hassan al-Alaq, Director General of the Department of General Cultural Relations, representing the Ministry of Culture.
The meeting included the participation of the Assistant Deans:

Assistant Professor Dr. Israa Talib Tawfiq, Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs. In addition to the heads of the scientific departments.
During the meeting, several academic and administrative topics on the agenda were discussed, particularly those related to developing scientific performance and enhancing institutional cooperation to elevate the level of academic and administrative work within the college.
The Dean emphasized the importance of unifying efforts and working with a team spirit to achieve the desired goals. The council concluded with a series of recommendations and decisions supporting the college's scientific and administrative journey.
