Under the sponsorship and in the presence of the esteemed Dean of the Open Educational College, Dr. Ihsan Hadi Ahmed, and under the direct supervision of Dr. Abeer Mufakker Al-Sheikh Ali, the Nineveh Study Center witnessed a cultural, scientific, and civilized celebration through the holding of the Eighth Annual Art Festival of the Department of Art Education.
The event was attended by a large gathering of intellectuals, artists, officials, and dignitaries from the city of Mosul. It was an occasion where the college's faculty and students embodied the civilized and cultural depth of Nineveh, declaring that the city has reclaimed its brilliance, prestige, and authenticity.
