Under the patronage of the Dean of the Open Educational College, Assistant Professor Dr. Ihsan Hadi Ahmed, and in the presence of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Firas Taher Al-Abdali, and the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Israa Talib Tawfiq, Al-Rusafa Study Center organized the "Language of Dhad" Festival (Arabic Language Festival), under the supervision of the Center's Director, Assistant Professor Dr. Jalal Jassim, in celebration of the Arabic language and its scientific and cultural status.
The festival was attended by the Head of the Arabic Language Department, Professor Dr. Yahya Khalil, and the Director of Diyala Study Center, Dr. Qahtan Mukhlif, alongside a distinguished group of faculty members and students from Al-Rusafa Study Center.
The festival included various scientific and cultural segments, as well as the honoring of the Dean and the Director of Al-Rusafa Center. Additionally, several faculty members, organizing committees, and participants were recognized and presented with shields of appreciation in recognition of their efforts in making this scientific and cultural activity a success.
