Dr. Nizar Karim Javad, Director of the Rusafa Center, presented the "Shield of Creativity" to Dr. Ihsan Hadi Ahmed, Dean of the Open Educational College, in recognition of his efforts and on the occasion of his official confirmation as the College Dean by a Cabinet decree.
Dr. Nizar Karim praised the Dean's dedicated efforts and his continuous pursuit, since taking office, to elevate the college and all its branches, while providing the best services for its faculty and students, wishing him continued success in his professional career.
