In a step towards developing educational, research and administrative capabilities, and raising the level of university performance in a way that serves the educational process, a memorandum of academic, scientific and functional cooperation was signed between the Ministry of Education / Open Education College, represented by the Dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Ihsan Hadi Ahmed, and Salahaddin University / College of Basic Education, represented by its Dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Mazgin Abdul Rahman Ahmed. The two parties agreed on several clauses and provisions that serve academic and teaching cooperation between the two sides and achieve integration in resources and experiences in a way that serves both parties.
