Dr. Ihsan Hadi Ahmed, Dean of the College, met with Mr. Mustafa Yassin Khalaf, Director of Accounts, to deliberate and discuss the terms of the special agreement between the National Bank of Iraq (NBI) and the Open Educational College. The meeting was attended by Mr. Haider Al-Sarraf, Mr. Sabah Ahmed, and the legal consultants Mr. Firas and Mr. Ali Sabri Hassan. Also present were Mr. Sabah Ahmed Abbas and Mr. Humam Haitham Abdul Mahdi, officials of the salary localization project at the National Bank of Iraq. The meeting aimed to enhance the college's operations in terms of banking, salary localization, and electronic payment, contributing to the service of both citizens and employees alike.
