Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Education, Professor Dr. Ibrahim Namis Al-Jubouri, and under the direct supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Ihsan Hadi Ahmed, Dean of the Open Educational College, and within the framework of implementing the government program's objectives to streamline administrative procedures, transition to digital systems, and reduce the burden of in-person follow-ups for our students, the Open Educational College announced the launch of electronic graduation document issuance across all its branches and study centers.
On this occasion, the Dean emphasized that the launch of this project represents a qualitative leap in the college's operations, as it significantly shortens procedures and contributes to the development of administrative work by adopting the highest quality of modern technological programs. The system allows applicants to request their academic documents electronically via a dedicated college link, which in turn schedules the request receipt and the completion date for electronic delivery. The Dean added that work is underway to further develop these services through an agreement with the Iraqi Post Office to deliver electronically issued academic documents directly to the students' homes.
