The Dean highlighted the obstacles and challenges that hinder the full realization of the college's goals and presented constructive proposals to overcome these challenges.

For his part, His Excellency the Minister emphasized that the Open Educational College is among his top priorities. He pledged full support for its development and for overcoming any hurdles, noting that it is the only university-level institution within the Ministry of Education and represents a distinguished scientific landmark.

During his tour of the Al-Rusafa Study Center, His Excellency observed the examination process and checked on the students as they performed their exams for the sixth consecutive day with ease and smoothness. He encouraged them to exert more effort to gain the new scientific expertise provided by the college, wishing them success and prosperity. He also expressed his hope for the ultimate goal: the graduation of an educational cohort characterized by exceptional pedagogical and instructional performance.
