The Dean of the Open Education College, Assistant Professor Dr. Ihsan Hadi Ahmed, presented the “Silver Jubilee” shield to His Excellency the Minister of Education, Professor Dr. Ibrahim Namis Al-Jubouri, in recognition of the Ministry’s significant role and the Minister’s efforts in supporting the College and its academic and educational journey.
The presentation coincided with the 25th anniversary of the College’s founding as one of the leading educational institutions in Iraq. The Dean expressed his gratitude for the attention and care the College has received from the Ministry, emphasizing that this honor is a symbol of appreciation and loyalty to those who support higher education in Iraq.
This shield also serves as a tribute to the educational leadership’s role in strengthening the stability of the educational process and its continuous encouragement of the Open Education College in fulfilling its academic and community mission.
