The Council of the Open Educational College held its regular meeting under the chairmanship of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Ihsan Hadi Ahmed, and in the presence of the Assistant Deans and heads of scientific and educational departments. The meeting was dedicated to discussing several important academic and administrative files, foremost among which were the preparations for the upcoming exams that will commence in the coming days.
The meeting witnessed a review of the organizational and administrative mechanisms related to the conduct of the examination process. Emphasis was placed on preparing all technical and logistical requirements to ensure the success and smoothness of the exams, thereby providing a suitable examination environment for students and enhancing the level of academic and organizational performance at the college.
The Council also discussed the scientific and educational plans of the departments, ways to develop the educational process, and followed up on the implementation of academic programs in accordance with the standards of quality and scientific consolidation.
During the meeting, the Dean emphasized the importance of intensifying efforts and coordination between the scientific and administrative departments to ensure the success of the upcoming exams. He stressed the need to adhere to examination instructions and to provide the appropriate atmosphere that contributes to supporting students and achieving the best results.
At the conclusion of the meeting, a number of proposals and recommendations aimed at developing institutional performance and enhancing the college's scientific and educational journey were reviewed.
