In an atmosphere prevailing with amity and appreciation, the Dean of the Open Educational College, Dr. Ihsan Hadi Ahmed, received congratulations and blessings on the occasion of the blessed Eid al-Adha from the Assistant Deans, heads of scientific and educational departments, faculty, and staff.
During the reception, the Dean emphasized the importance of consolidating the spirit of love and cooperation among the members of the educational institution, praising the efforts exerted by the teaching and administrative staff in supporting the academic journey and serving the students.
