As part of his continuous follow-up on administrative workflow and the improvement of provided services, the Dean of the Open Educational College, Assistant Professor Dr. Ihsan Hadi Ahmed, accompanied by the Assistant Dean for Study Centers Affairs, Professor Dr. Amer Lutfi Abdul Karim, conducted an inspection tour covering several administrative departments within the college deanship, as well as inspecting the Citizen Affairs information desk.
During the tour, his excellency reviewed the work mechanisms in the departments and the level of transaction completion, emphasizing the importance of adhering to administrative regulations and simplifying procedures to contribute to providing the best services to visitors. He also listened to a detailed explanation from department heads regarding the nature of the work and the obstacles that might face performance, directing the necessity of overcoming them to ensure a smooth workflow.
During his visit, he listened to citizens' grievances, where the Dean stressed the importance of welcoming visitors properly, treating them with a spirit of responsibility and respect, and working to fulfill their requests according to the approved legal and administrative frameworks, reflecting a positive image of the educational institution and enhancing trust between it and the community.
