The Dean of the Open Educational College, Dr. Ihsan Hadi Ahmed, inaugurated the First Annual Central Exhibition of the Art Education Department today, Tuesday, November 28, 2023. In his opening speech, the Dean welcomed the attendees and praised the dedicated efforts of the department head and faculty members.
The exhibition was attended by the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, the Head of the Art Education Department at Mustansiriya University, several professors from various universities under the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as well as heads of scientific and administrative departments at the college, along with a group of faculty and students from all study centers.
During the event, several attendees were honored with shields designed by Dr. Aisar Fahem and crafted by the faculty of the Jibala Study Branch. The exhibition featured creative sculptures and exquisite paintings produced by the department's instructors from across Iraq. Additionally, students from the Rusafa Study Center participated with traditional folk song performances, and the event included theatrical activities that were highly acclaimed by the audience
